Think on security cameras which is a classic example, when we watch a video for the second or third time, we gain valuable information and realize certain details that we had missed the first time.

The mind has two different dimensions the conscious and the subconscious mind.

Your conscious mind is the one that analyzes everything, the one that makes you realize everything you are thinking, for example the conversation you just had, the project you are working on, the pending tasks you have to do and what are you having for dinner.

Your subconscious mind instead works on auto pilot, it regulates how your body breathes, regulates the pumping of your heart, the blinking of your eyes. Your subconscious mind is what keeps you alive without even thinking about it. We operate 95% with our subconscious mind.

Your subconscious mind also acts as a giant library where everything you experience is stored and these experiences shape our understanding of the world and our place in it.

Think of your subconscious mind as a video camera that is constantly recording and never turns off. When we choose to engage our conscious mind, we can control where we place our focus. We can think about light and shadow. We can edit the noise. We can select what we want to fill and how we want to present some piece of information we are recording.

The beliefs we form are responsible for our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. These beliefs may be holding us back and affecting our behaviors in destructive ways.

As a practicing RTT hypnotherapist, I guide people to find the root cause of the unpleasant situations they are experiencing today and transform the beliefs, feelings and behaviors they have subconsciously learned. Note that we cannot delete the past.
